The rules are fun like hold your drink with left hand only and respect the bark. The burgers are good. Monday night… special chicken or beef burger with a side for R69. Waitrons very friendly and professional.read more

The service was amazing. One plate of food came cold to the table and the manager had no problem bringing a whole new… plate of food. Our waiter Paul was incredible. We didn’t wait for our drinks orders and he made the night so much fun.read more

Meals are… well prepared and well presented with a real South African flair at very reasonable prices.It has a huge range of drinks to choose from both alcoholic and alcohol free, and they make great coffee.The management and staff are top quality and ensure an all-around pleasant time.read more

Awesome vibe with great variety of drinks, shooters and cocktails. Food menu has great variety with daily and weekly… lunch specials.Great place to watch sports with multiple TV screens showcasing different sports.Seating arrangements both inside and outside are comfortable with sufficient space to move around without disturbing other patrons.Overall an outstanding experience with friendly writers whom are VERY WATCHFUL with their whistles and Red / Yellow cards. Make sure to read the bar rules at the entrance and be mindful not to drink with your right hand, penalties may apply!read more

What a giggle! Set up by a comedian and named after his dog, it doesn’t disappoint. Just watch out for the rules, like… not being caught drinking with your right hand … and don’t be a d**s (if you speak Afikaans!). Amazing selection of drinks and fantastic food, including something which appeared to be about half a pig on a plate … with chips 😃They have some great live music and, like most of the local bars, the service comes with a smile.read more

I am very disappointed in the treatment I received at Hennies. On Friday my friend and I went to this establishment and… the waiter sat us at a table. The manager then came to our table to tell me that I am showing “private area’s” and hennies has a dress code I was wearing long pants a crop top and a denim jacket a very standard outfit .The manager then tells us we can stay but I’m not allowed to walk around since according to Hennies Polices my cleavage is so offense .Imagine the audacity to want you to still spend your money at an establishment and you can’t even go to the bathroom obviously they trying to make me so uncomfortable that i leave and of course we left .I felt victimized and discriminated against to make things worse we were the only people of colour who weren’t staff at the place and they chose to discriminate against us. 100% don’t recommendread more
Definitely one of my favourite options! Staff is efficient, kind, friendly and accommodating. The food is average… priced. Food is quite delicious. They have a variety of options for drinks and food. They also have some house rules to create a fun ambianceThey went above and beyond to arrange gluten free bread for me and give me a fantastic experience. Highly recommendedread more
