Was an amazing experience. Enjoyed our service and had fun with Cristin. Such a good place. Loved the whole night.
Our waiter Ash is the friendliest waiters and gives the best service. Just a suggestion the women’s bathroom are very small and women wait in long lines to use the bathroom. We waited almost 10 minutes for the bathroom. If there could be another bathroom for women it would be fantastic.
Tahidi was absolutely amazing made our stay so welcoming and fun! Would definitely recommend 🥰

Kristin’s service was nothing short of amazing and awesome!! She is attentive without being intrusive and made it an absolute pleasure. The atmosphere was not to my liking because it was bingo night and I couldn’t hear Kristin a lot of the time because of the loud number calling, yes I know that is part of Bingo. I was totally disgusted and disappointed by the price of the “Hond” lager, that should be illegal. ☹️☹️

Tried Hennie’s at Potchefstroom today. My first voor to this franchise.They have some cool rules and traditions and enjoyed the outing.We had pizza and burger. The pizza was very nice and tasty and the burger was well spiced, enough meat, we’ll cooked and really tasty with chips and onion rings.

Bees’ service gets the thumbs up. Starters were great – chicken wings, mozzarella balls, chicken livers.Mains were solid too – pizza, burgers, chicken stack was recommended and didn’t disappoint. Overall, lekker food, social vibe.

Spent the evening here listening to live music and having dinner.Everything was great, however, worth a special mention here was the extraordinary service by our waiter, named Roelf.What a pleasure. He had us in stitches with his amazing sense of humour whilst checking up on us every so often.
I had a chance to come to Jennie’s during a live band, I have to tell that a really great add on to the restaurant. We enjoyed ourselves with a red blaf, food that is to die for. our waiter Phillip was just the best you could ask for
Waitress Tee is the best in the business. She always goes out of her way and over and above to make sure our dining experience is 11 out of 10 stars!!! She makes my children feel extra special. She is an asset for Hennies!!

Its always a great time at Hennies Potchefstroom, my favourite waitress Tee makes the whole experience worth it.
This place is very awesome and the ambiance was great. The price is very accommodative/ friendly. The food was scrumptious and beverages were good. The waitress who was assisting was Tshidi and she was very friendly and explained the restaurant rules very clear and her overall service was 10.
We expected a similar experience to the likes of the Hennies in Bloem and Centurion. I ordered a 300g sirloin but received something that didnt even look it was close to a 100g. Chef tried to argue that it is a 300g where after they admitted they were wrong and i received my order but it was overcooked and tasted absolutely disgusting. The mushroom sauce was ice cold. My father never received his veggies that he ordered. Waiter is extremely slow and the service we received was terrible in comparison to the others we’ve went to. The included service fee is ridiculous, its not mentioned at all beforehand, a tip is implemented to compliment a server on their service and our service was horrible. I would have rather starved. Good milkshakes though.

This was my first visit time to a Hennies and my last.Fist we waited more than an hour for chicken strips and wings staters and my drink was flat. The 6 wings were so small that I’m sure it belonged to a chick and not a chicken. My friend took a bite of the chicken strips and got an allergic reaction and he is allergic shellfish and not chicken I would not trust their kitchen.
Waited more than a hour for our food. I am sure the waiter forgot to put in the order and when we asked when our food will be ready, he only then remember to go order our food. He was also very tardy and I was not happy to pay a 10% tip because he did not tend to us at all. Pizza was dilicious once we finally got to eat.

It’s any affordable places due to the specials that they have its always best to ask about the daily specials they have here is one I like the most Wednesdays 50% off on some of the cocktails and some of the pizzas always comfirm with the waiter or barman serving you Hennies is big on hospitality and hospitality says on it’s please call again it’s great marketing strategy. I’ve now been to two different Hennie’s, and the Potch restaurant is the best so far!Frik pizza is the best, and the Hond Lager goes along well with it.Not to forget the haloumi fingers and chicken wings for starters were bang-on!You’ll see us again!
I would give Hennies Potch a 5/5 because they’re food is absolutely delicious. The problem is that they don’t have a non-smoking area so it’s difficult for people who don’t smoke to enjoy the atmosphere along with their food. Another reason why I’m giving them a 4/5 is because a service fee is automatically deducted from the bill which means customers don’t have the option of paying a service fee or not. That’s bad, what happens to people who visit the restaurant with a specific budget on how much they want to pay for their food and drinks?? Besides that, the experience was lovely. Thanks, Hennies!
The food was terrible. I ordered the rump steak. The meat was over cooked and my steak was so full of sinews I could not cut through it.The “house rules” are childish and I heard many tables arguing with waiters and chasing them and their yellow cards away.We will NEVER be back.

We visit Potchefstroom a lot and don’t get me wrong, we LOVE Hennies! The service and the food is always amazing! But unfortunately we were turned down 2 days in a row, saying they closed later but when we got here, we didn’t get help.
What a Lekker place. Even if you don’t understand the word Lekker. Large section of shooters and cocktails. Beers ontap. Food was really good and no complaints from my side. What makes Hennie’s special is the atmosphere. Rules on how you should hold you drink are strictly enforced in a friendly manner. Staff are great and super friendly. Pricing is very reasonable. If you in Potch. Hennie’s is a must.

I was given the special of that day (there are specials every day excluding friday).I was assisted frequently to make sure that I got what I wanted.When I was done with my drink, the empty glasses were always taken away.The waiters are always on the watch to see if you follow the Hennies rules. Went to Hennie’s Potchefstroom for breakfast with my dad and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere, service and decor was top notch for the “sports bar hangout” Hennie’s kind of is.Don’t get me wrong, it works and makes for a relaxed place to grab a bite or drink.The House Rules are good fun and add to the experience, even though I had my doubts.The service was good and our waitress very attentive.The food was very tasty and big portions. The coffee (in our case cappuccinos) was the best I’ve had in a long long time.Only criticism I can think of is the fact that the food and drinks were a bit on the cold side.Would definitely go there again, and again, and again…

I’ve now been to two different Hennie’s, and the Potch restaurant is the best so far!Frik pizza is the best, and the Hond Lager goes along well with it.Not to forget the haloumi fingers and chicken wings for starters were bang-on!You’ll see us again!
I would give Hennies Potch a 5/5 because they’re food is absolutely delicious. The problem is that they don’t have a non-smoking area so it’s difficult for people who don’t smoke to enjoy the atmosphere along with their food. Another reason why I’m giving them a 4/5 is because a service fee is automatically deducted from the bill which means customers don’t have the option of paying a service fee or not. That’s bad, what happens to people who visit the restaurant with a specific budget on how much they want to pay for their food and drinks?? Besides that, the experience was lovely. Thanks, Hennies!
The food was terrible. I ordered the rump steak. The meat was over cooked and my steak was so full of sinews I could not cut through it.The “house rules” are childish and I heard many tables arguing with waiters and chasing them and their yellow cards away.We will NEVER be back.
The food, aswell as the service is superb. Great value for your money. Will go back again.

Great service! Great vibe! Great food! Best location in the mall. Always a pleasure to meet and eat at Hennie’s. Menu is varied, and every dish we’ve tried so far, has been perfect! We visit Potchefstroom a lot and don’t get me wrong, we LOVE Hennies! The service and the food is always amazing! But unfortunately we were turned down 2 days in a row, saying they closed later but when we got here, we didn’t get help.
What a Lekker place. Even if you don’t understand the word Lekker. Large section of shooters and cocktails. Beers ontap. Food was really good and no complaints from my side. What makes Hennie’s special is the atmosphere. Rules on how you should hold you drink are strictly enforced in a friendly manner. Staff are great and super friendly. Pricing is very reasonable. If you in Potch. Hennie’s is a must.
Waiter:KatlegoAs soon as I entered I was helped immediately. I was given the special of that day (there are specials every day excluding friday).I was assisted frequently to make sure that I got what I wanted.When I was done with my drink, the empty glasses were always taken away.The waiters are always on the watch to see if you follow the Hennies rules. They are always happy and make the atmosphere a lot more enjoyable.The food did not take long to prepare and was very delicious.I will always recommend Hennies potchefstroom as it provides all that Is needed and more.
What fun!!! We had great service and good laughs. Our waitron, Katlego, was so attentive and we didn’t even have to remind him or ask twice for anything and he made us feel like royalty. I would recommend this place for a fun night out!!!
Oh my goodness guys this place is so amazing, it has the friendliest customer service ever and the prices are amazing. The management is amazing, the staff is cool and the food and drinks were so great i just didn’t want to go home 🙈😝….it feels amazing to be welcomed to a place with open arms like that.Wow keep up the great job guys, thank you.🙏
Great atmosphere – a wonderful place to watch sport or to hang out with friends. The service is great and the house rules are fun.Awesome daily food specials and the drinks are affordable.Can get very busy so make sure to come early.
Went to Hennie’s Potchefstroom for breakfast with my dad and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere, service and decor was top notch for the “sports bar hangout” Hennie’s kind of is.Don’t get me wrong, it works and makes for a relaxed place to grab a bite or drink.The House Rules are good fun and add to the experience, even though I had my doubts.The service was good and our waitress very attentive.The food was very tasty and big portions. The coffee (in our case cappuccinos) was the best I’ve had in a long long time.Only criticism I can think of is the fact that the food and drinks were a bit on the cold side.Would definitely go there again, and again, and again…
