Some of the best food I’ve had in a long time and portion size was incredible, truly making the food very affordable. The waitress we had was very active and friendly with a big smile and she introduced herself very politely as Doris. Incredible atmosphere and an overall amazing experience with great drinks and drink options. They have a smoking and non smokers area. A must visit for the entire family

Service is not good. Woman at front desk has a bad attitude. Waiters no where to be found when you call them. Waited 30min + for a Milkshake. Would recommend different Hennie’s this one not as good as the other I visited.

Very unpleasant service. Other Hennie’s closes on Sunday at 5pm…this one at 3pm. Came for lunch around 2 and they told us the kitchen is closed. If this is the case, I’d rather go to a different Hennie’s because they are clearly better. Not what I expected from a Hennie’s.

Awesome vibe, good food, good service… what more can you ask for. Just the kind of place I needed to lift my spirit after a tiring day.I will definitely visit again.

However, my positive experience took a downturn when I attempted to make a purchase at the merchandise counter.The young lady behind the counter displayed a demeanor that was both bombastic and rude. Her lack of willingness to assist and check for sizes was not only disappointing but also surprising, as I have never encountered such behavior before. As a customer who had intended to purchase one of each item, her dismissive attitude was disheartening.My partner and I were so taken aback by the encounter that we wanted to request a refund for our intended purchase and leave the premises immediately. It is regrettable to say that this experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I am compelled to express my concern.I believe that investing in customer care training for your staff, especially those in direct contact with customers, could greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
