We had a great night there. Our waiter was one of the best, Brian attended to us in a manner that made us feel like they had no other customers, would definitely go there again
Yolanda at Hennies Waterkloof was amazing. She was such a lovely soul. She kept us informed brought the most amazing smile and just overall amazing service
We are Hennie’s patriots, and decided to visit Hennie’s Waterkloof, what an amazing experience, fast food, Brian was our Server and he went above and behond, thanks Brian for going the exstra mile and checking in you an star, and made the night amazing! Unfortunately Hennies Waterkloof won’t see me again. Went with high expectations with kids expecting their favorite dish. The atmosphere and vibe is great, I will give them that, but won’t do the effort to go and eat there again. Advertising specials and then does not have any stock and other specials advertised on the tables that is only starting the next day without any dates stipulated on the pamphlet 🤔🤨 Don’t know how you can do business like that. Sorry, won’t see me again.

Fantastic food! From steaks and chicken to snitchels, eisbein, platters, burgers, scrumptious fries, salads, pizzas, nachos and loaded hot-dogs! Great breakfasts and kiddies menu. Also a play area for the little ones.Incredible drinks menu at really good prices.But be warned!……..don’t break the HOUSE RULES! And don’t EVER ring the BELL!

To the managers, Mike, Willie, Farai and their team, Natasha, Christo and Pauline, you guys were great. Service was fast without any mistakes, you kept track of such a big group of people. Thank you for your smiles and joining in the fun! You made the birthday girl’s party a huge success. The food was delicious, warm and we didn’t wait long. Overall, well done and thank you for accommodating us! See you again soon!
Food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Dineo went out of her way to give us some of the best service I’ve ever received in my life at any establishment. She is a true asset to the Hennie’s team!
Had our work year end function there. Waiters are super friendly. The Hond Lager is flippen lekker as well as the food. Will definitely visit again.

We had lovely service from Elizabeth. The pizza’s was so good and even though the restaurant was quite busy we did not wait for food or drinks. Highly recommend them! The staff and atmosphere is great!

JP the manager was extremely rude to us!!! Never experienced such terrible service!!! After 2 waiters told us to sit at the bar after we ordered something to drink to wait for this one table to open up, next moment we wanted to go and take a seat that the 2 waiters promised us, then the next moment JP chase us away and told us this is for someone else, we didn’t book, and if we didn’t book, they can’t help us, but he was so arrogant and cocky, needless to say, we left the place and will never go back. We just never felt welcome with a manager that doesn’t know how to talk to clients
If you enjoy sport its the best place to be. Good food, excellent service and vibrant atmosphere.
